
The Young Investigator Awards are a prestigious recognition designed to honor exceptional early-career researchers who have made significant contributions to the advancement of medical science. These awards celebrate young scientists who have demonstrated outstanding dedication, innovation, and impact in their respective fields, fostering the next generation of global research leaders.
This esteemed award aims to encourage young investigators to continue pushing the boundaries of medical research, contribute to groundbreaking discoveries, and engage in international scientific
collaboration. Winners of this award will gain recognition for their achievements and have the opportunity to further elevate their careers within the global scientific community.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants will be selected by the each branch of Indonesian Society of Internal Medicine Specialists (PAPDI) and must meet the following criteria:
• Age: ≤ 45 years
• Research Impact: Proven scientific contributions, supported by an H-index (Scopus, Google Scholar, Web of Science, SINTA, etc.)
• International Recognition: Active participation in international research dissemination, including travel grants and presentations at prestigious international conferences
• Research Funding: Recipient of competitive research grants demonstrating the ability to secure funding for impactful projects
• Leadership in Research Organizations: Significant contributions to professional and scientific organizations dedicated to research development
• Performance Evidence: Submission of supporting documents demonstrating academic achievements, research productivity, and leadership in the field
Selection Process:
All applications will undergo a rigorous evaluation process based on scientific merit, research impact, and leadership potential. Each applicant’s credentials will be graded meticulously, ensuring that only the most outstanding young researchers are selected.
Award and Recognition:
From a highly competitive pool of applicants, five distinguished awardees will be honored with the Young Investigator Award. Winners will receive formal recognition at the conference, providing them with a prestigious platform to showcase their work to leading experts, institutions, and potential collaborators.
